error code ox3e7

i burned vista to a dvd and reinserted disc to install and got this: file autorun could not be loaded or is corrupt setup cannot continue error code[OX3E7]

I am getting this error directly off the DVD I ordered from microsoft on the 32 bit dvd (x86) 0406 Part #x11-71068-02 Bootable. This is when I attempt to run the DVD in WinXP. I also get the same error message when I run the setup.exe file on the DVD root directory. I located the setup.exe file in /Sources and it hung for about 5 minutes, then said it couldn't copy the files to the C Drive.
